He has experience of handling Incorporation of Company/LLP/OPC, conducting Board meetings and Shareholders Meetings, Secretarial Audits, Share Capital Reconciliation Audit, Due Diligence, etc.
He is also a visiting faculty for ‘Capital Market & Securities Laws’ at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bangalore Chapter owing to his interest in academics.
Shivani Agilesh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a lawyer, she served as Audit & Compliance Manager for over 2 years with a reputed firm in Bangalore and has experience of handling Private Equity Investments, Secretarial Audit of Listed Companies, Due Diligence, Incorporation, Closure of companies, various compliances under FEMA Regulations, drafting legal documents/petitions etc. and providing corporate advisory services.
